Quote requests
The form collects your name, contact number or email, city or ZIP, project type, material preference, optional details and permission to contact you about the request. We retain a receipt, time, consent version, page/source classification, review status and test status. Please leave out exact addresses, payment information and sensitive details.
OTTO uses this information to receive fence project inquiries, review demand, contact you about the request where appropriate, and handle corrections or deletion. There is no current installer assigned and no automatic distribution of your details to multiple contractors.
Calls
The displayed number uses Twilio. The phone service processes calling number, time, status and duration. Calls may go unanswered or reach voicemail. If voicemail recording is offered, an audible notice plays before recording starts; you can hang up and use the form instead. There is no marketing-text enrollment or call transcription in this version.
Storage and retention
Form requests are stored in the managed site database behind owner-authorized access. Operational reports contain counts, not exported contact details. Requests expire after 90 days and are removed during normal inquiry operations or maintenance. A salted network-address hash limits form abuse and expires after two hours. Limited status/deletion audit records are retained for up to 120 days.
Phone records and any voicemail remain in Twilio under restricted account access. Any activated voicemail retention is limited to 90 days. Hosting and phone providers may keep operational or billing records under their own policies.
Source measurement
We use a first-party visit cookie that expires after 30 minutes to understand which pages and sources lead to fence quote requests. We store a random visit reference, time, initial page, broad source category and, when recognized, a referring publisher or campaign label. We link a successful quote request to that visit. We do not store full referring URLs, search terms or advertising click identifiers in these measurement records.
Visit records are retained for up to 90 days. The cookie stays on this site and is not an advertising profile. Our measurement respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Known automated checks and setup tests are excluded from customer metrics; missing referrers and unidentified automated traffic can affect the counts. Source classifications are estimates and do not reveal which Google query or publication caused a phone call. OTTO has not added advertising pixels. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential cookies.
Your choices
Use the privacy request form to ask about, correct or delete information. Include a receipt reference if available. We may verify control of the contact details before changing or disclosing a record.

Links to local authorities and other sites follow those organizations’ privacy policies. This site does not collect payments or book installation work.
